Weather related road closure alerts

It would be great if we could have a system that could be used to provide real time road closure information in the event of a weather or flooding event. This would need to be easily accessible from a phone and both highways/police etc could log the road as closed. If this information could then auto populate not only one.network, but also a webpage and social media this would be brilliant. This would free up officer time and also ensure we're more rapidly meeting our statutory duty of warning and informing.
