Currently:
New users have to contact 1N support when trying to update user permissions or have a user account created.
Proposed idea:
For non-community admins, provide “user management” access to all paid/subscribing users. When user access "User Management", they should be able to see their community admin contact, and have a message which highlights that they can create a user account or update user permissions.
Benefit:
Reduce the amount of support queries (one of the largest ticket categories) we receive regarding User Management
