Formatting dates on Traffic Management documents

Dates inserted into documents using the "Insert Values" function in the traffic management module are currently formatted "DD month name YYYY". It would be useful if we had the option of choosing different formats, for example DD/MM/YYYY. All of our temporary traffic notices are bilingual - Welsh and English - so with the dates formatted as they are currently, we are having to manually change them in the Welsh section of each notice. There would be no need to do this if they were formatted DD/MM/YYYY.
