User defined presets for data layers

Challenge:
Users currently have to manually toggle individual map layers each time they switch tasks or log in. This is time-consuming, error-prone, and frustrating; especially for coordinators who rely on specific layer views depending on their role or activity.

Proposed Solution:
Allow users to save and name at least 2–3 custom layer presets that reflect their typical workflows/role. These presets would:

• Instantly load preferred layer combinations

• Save time and reduce repetitive actions

• Ensure consistency across tasks and roles

• Optionally be shared across teams

Benefit:
Improves efficiency, reduces missed data, and enhances user experience by streamlining access to the right information for the task at hand.
