Base mapping data to use NSG rather than OpenStreetMap

Currently the data provided for the classification of each road is taken from OpenStreetMap however, being open source this data isn't always accurate and as such the suggested diversion routes can be unsuitable if it's believed the road being closed is of a lower classification than it actually is. The NSG data is the authoritative reference dataset maintained directly by local authorities and would prevent the issues described above.
