Have the ability to "copy" an expired "group"

At present, when adding our polling station data or Xmas market data, we create a group. However when the group expires, we can no longer re-use the expired group. Hence, have to re-create plans all over again.

Please could you allow users to copy "groups" just like the way an expired TM plan can be copied
