Marking of cycleways and footways that are not along a roadway

Currently it is possible to see highways, and when a section of road is closed (for maintenance) and the suitable diversion. There is a significant move to have footways and cycleways as viable transport networks (and money provided via Active Travel England to enhance those networks). It would consequently make sense to be able to mark footways and cycleways on one.network and for licensees to mark closures and diversions of these. Note that whilst many footways and cycleways go alongside highways, not all do.
