Change Severity of Activities (Red, Orange, Green)

As it stands, all Activities put through Streetmanager appear as Green ("Delays Unlikely") on the One.Network map regardless of whether they are No Carriageway Incursion or a Road Closure. This is causing problems for works such as S278 agreements that have no other functionality in SM than to use Activities as they misrepresent their severity to the public. It is also a problem for Street Parties and other such events that close roads. I have found this lack of clarify generates complaints and confusion as people expect there to be little disruption by the activities and are instead met with delays.
