Have a override of the permit TM when only the most severe is shown

If no TM intervention is added, it would be a quicker way of giving more accurate information.

Add an 'Open in Street Manager' option to the call out instead of copy/pasting the permit number

Better integration, less clicks - more efficient when looking through a permit of permits visually.

when adding a layer have a drop down to add other layers to same extent

when I add a closure or Convoy we usually have clearway and towaway on the same extent and on the Convoy we also have 10MPH. I would be nice if you could have a drop down and add rather than adding everything layer by layer.
